Of course, he discussed in-depth the ways and means of building a personal brand and its benefits. Finally, he gave the detailed version and its importance to the Funnel theory.

Every teaching the methodology includes the word FAILURE. The concept of teaching itself starts with the word failure because failure is a stepping stone to gain knowledge or information. The knowledge can be gained by various means such as articles, books; newspaper, live television, social media, etc can be utilized to at into effect work to be carried out in the right direction. During the accomplishment of the work, a person gains the apt experience which is much more valuable and gives one further step ahead to the learning process. Thus the leaning process is a continuous process and leads one to gain in the process the appropriate knowledge and also the experience.

Mistakes are future Benefits

DigitalDeepak sir has rightly pointed out that in the teaching process one is bound to make mistakes. With the help of these, a person goes all out to gain knowledge and become competent to overcome the mistakes. The world of work culture being more stressed and strained, mistakes are bound to occur in the execution of the work. These mistakes should be discussed with the fellow individuals so that better insight into the issue can be assessed and analyzed. Sir has rightly pointed out that marketing is all about good CONVERSATIONS, though marketing involves selling a product or services. Conversation means conveying the message, theme, or concept that is worth conveying to the public or more specific to the audience for their interest. Thus in marketing arena conversation is significant to reaching the target. Here the conversation should be one to one only then only the ideas can be sold in the right direction. And, if the conversation is one to the audience then there is no significant gain.
The conversation gives immense possibilities and gives you a broad range of opportunities thus strengthening your core values and upgrades your marketing skills. It enhances to take a massive step to sell a variety of products and services to the mass public. The conversation will inspire, motivate, and help you to take the necessary action that will give you a leg up over your competitors. In the marketing field authenticity is one of the major issues. It determines the capacity and capability of the marketing personnel’s to effectively communicate their product or services. Any product or service product cannot be launched in the market by its seer quality or value. The digital marketer should take in to account the nature and type of its audience to whom he is connecting. Hence the digital marketer should give a lot of attention to the audience by determining their niche. All the audience cannot be considered as launching pad for the product or services. The product or services that are actually determined by the help of the customer avatar. As the cost involved in the advertisement huge one can’t risk all the amount in the advertisement for the product or services. The niche of the audience has to be determined before the launch of the product or services. Thus knowing the target audience is very much basic to building mass trust. This mass trust audience can be gained by developing the right communication skills.




How to define the TARGET AUDIENCE

For being an effective communicator the marketer should know there who is the target audience. The definition of the target audience can be determined by age group, gender criteria, income level, and educational criteria, and very significantly product or service related information they possess. Since in the earlier era the marketer uses to give advertisements in the newspaper, magazine, radio, or television modes of communication. With the advent of digital technology, the marketers are now a day’s very specific to the advertising tools such as Mass Media Marketing tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, e-mail marketing, etc. These mass media marketing tools can be easily adapted to define their audience easily and link it to their target audience. This target audience can be related to a specific audience for a given niche. The combination of specific niche and the audience i.e. targeted will enhance the successful launching pad for the product or service in digital marketing. Thus defining who is the target audience plays a crucial role in digital marketing.
In the class sir has rightly considered the various criteria’s in the consideration to reach a potential targeted audience. These criteria such as communicating single customers at a time, shearing authentic information with the target the audience, keeping content engaging the customer, and emails play a major a significant role in building trust in the audience.

Significance of CUSTOMER AVATAR:

The targeted customer is determined by selectively by the help of preparing the customer avatar survey. Further, the customer avatar means detailed information preparation of the targeted or ideal customer. Here one focuses on the age, gender, income and educational criteria, city, and product-related know-how.
To further my research in preparation of the customer avatar, I have prepared a detailed survey on the student response to the ONLINE teaching survey during the LOCKDOWN period. Apart from the various basic information I have asked the questions as to the effectiveness of the online teaching method, how effective the methodology of online teaching, can there be new tools be included, and how effective the staff was in engaging them.

SWATI is working women having an income range 1-2 lakhs and optimistic on the online method of teaching. she satisfied about the online classes conducted by the institute during the lockdown. she is expecting improvement on the note given by the institute through online method. she was happy with the mentor's service provided during this time.

                One of the major changes in the Twenty first century is grow and development of Digital marketing field. During my college days my friends and elders use to say me that “No…don’t venture in to new field of computer science and more specific to marketing using digital technology”and as said by them I did the same. Then came to me choosing a career as said by others opted for science field so that i have a decent living earnings and life standards ignoring the facts of digital marketing area development. With the passage of time and being independent in decision making and aware about development in digital field of opportunities i.e. digital marketing, I want on to join government services and this I did, truly no one guided me to join. Then the time came when my kids started conveying me “Papa, this year we will not go for the vacations as mom was telling us we don’t have enough money to travel and spend a week on historical place and we are happy to see them through the Internet”. This is hear I stopped for a while and started to think why I am running away from the field of digital marketing as it has enormous opportunities where a person can learn and earn, enjoy decent slandered of living. My adventure in the field started with looking in to internet, talking to those who know about it and expressing my point of view. Here, two years back I got a mail form Deepak sir regarding his courses and his views on the opportunities in the field of digital marking. I started following his blogs and trying to find the space with him but due to one or the other constraint I could not connect with him.With the present lockdown my workplace was sealed but due to supply of essential commodities we are supposed to provide minimum services to the citizens as per the governments social service norms and hence we were back at workplace. Its here I was able to give enough time to digital marketing and reading Digital Deepak sir’s blogs.

My goal-UNLOCKING THE POTENTIAL OF DIGITAL MARKETING

Joining the Digital Deepak internship Program class -1 learning (Batch 3) had lot of curiosity as to know how to start this internship program with basic knowledge I had. Will there be any proper guidance as what this field of digital marketing,  will it be able to sustain the current global economic scenario, what are the necessary skills I should possess and how to start with it. In this regard Digital Deepak give us very much needed leads in to the subject of digital marketing. As he suggested the to keep the goal of Rs. Ten million in three years in terms of money value but I thought to change its money value to community value as my goal. The immense opportunities of digital marketing can be harvested if we built the Ten million strong community or tribe then money.

 

Global economic scenario and digital marketing

Digital marketing should go hand in hand with the existing global economic scenario. Sir has rightly pointed out in the class that debt creates money and money creates opportunities. 


With global recession in place the government is bound to reduce interest rates to infuse liquidity in the market and hence the opportunity for the digital marketing is bound to increase. In this respect sir said the strong digital companies with value input will sustain and with those weaker one will wipe out from the market of digital marketing. Sir has suggested us to understand the basic economics by reading basic and practical books such as Economic 101, currency wars, books of Paul Krugman, RaghuramRajan etc. as these readings will be valuable in enriching our knowledge of economics.

 

Communication skill and its benefits


A good salesmen is a one who can communicate with his customer in a best way so that his sales take quantum jump, this is especially true in digital marketing. Our sales can increase in leaps and bound if we a MASS TRUST i.e. trust worthy customers thus leading to a successful entrepreneur. It is rightly said by the DigitalDeepak sir that it enhance once communication skill on has to read, write and listen at least 30 minutes for each every day. Moreover with the development in digital technology makes it easier by getting attached to comic books, simple novels, Podcast, sitcoms and obviously comedy shows. He adds further in his class by saying that for an effective communicator in digital marketing one should know the local, traditional especially socio-cultural aspects of the surrounding environment.

Building a Valuable niche

Deepak sir rightly said that finding a valuable niche should include PASSION, TALENT AND MARKET OPPORTUNITITES. As the field digital marketing itself has verity of niche or area such as SEM, SEO, Social Media Marketing and Marketing Agency etc. Here he says to focus on the narrow niche. One has to consider the market demand too. Hence he suggested to go and research Google Auto suggest, Answerthepublic.com, talk to customer and have a glance at the changing scenario of product and services. He has rightly pointed out to three major niche areas such as Health, Wealth and Relationship that have immense potential in the market.


Significance of building Personal Branding

Personal branding can’t be built in overnight, it has to take its time to build the trusted community or tribe. The content we present should reflect our character and personality on the social media platform. The trust has to be built and maintained in the long run with respect to selected niche with the audience. Thus if we focus our attention on building the trusted community then the MASS TRUST can be built easily. In this regard on has to have his own unique style and community base. This can be enhanced further by valuable content writing, public speaking and videos, assisting on social media platform. The DigitalDeepak sir suggested to refer to his article on the net. 

Era of Digital marketing

He has rightly pointed out that Digital Marketing is enhanced field of marketing and hence it will never perish in the market. The old forms of marketing communication means such as radio, television, newspaper etc have not maintained the pace with the digital technology as digital marketing field did hence digital marketing is bound to remain with big bang approach. The consumer beheviour is changing with the passage of time and hece the digital marketing has maintained the fluidity to change as per the whims and fancy of consumer without hijacking.

Marketing + Technology = Digital Marketing

Concept of integrated digital marketing

One can’t successed in digital marketing without giving due emphasis to content writing, which is the center of digital marketing. The more the innovative and creative in content writing skill the more is your MASS TUST is build with the customer or tribe. Facebook, Instagram, Linked In etc. social media platform give more emphasis on the content writing and building tribe. The search engine optimisation will be the at its zineth if we be creavtive in content writing. Thus once the basic is developed then the paid ads and email marketing will enance the quantity to your content writing and thus boosting your sales and convert prospects higher. The simple chart given by sir is the gist to the concept of integrated digital marketing field.


Further he goes on to add the concept of CATT i.e. Content AttentionTrust and Transaction. Hear he gives us another concept of FUNNEL where in he says with the help of unique and creative content we can attract the attention of the public for our product and with the passage of time by building trust with them we can convert them in to transaction. Hence building the trusted community or tribe will be most significant aspect in the development of the digital marketing.

 

Conclude

The first class of the internship was much valuable that through the light on the various aspect of the Digial Marketing field such as setting your goal, defining the niche (Personal Branding) and its significance, learning more on global economic scenario, improving communication skills, focus on the concept of Integrated Digital Marketing and lastly the concept of MASS TRUST.
