Every teaching the methodology includes the word FAILURE. The concept of teaching itself starts with the word failure because failure is a stepping stone to gain knowledge or information. The knowledge can be gained by various means such as articles, books; newspaper, live television, social media, etc can be utilized to at into effect work to be carried out in the right direction. During the accomplishment of the work, a person gains the apt experience which is much more valuable and gives one further step ahead to the learning process. Thus the leaning process is a continuous process and leads one to gain in the process the appropriate knowledge and also the experience.

Hence the digital marketer should give a lot of attention to the audience by determining their niche. All the audience cannot be considered as launching pad for the product or services. The product or services that are actually determined by the help of the customer avatar. As the cost involved in the advertisement huge one can’t risk all the amount in the advertisement for the product or services. The niche of the audience has to be determined before the launch of the product or services. Thus knowing the target audience is very much basic to building mass trust. This mass trust audience can be gained by developing the right communication skills.




How to define the TARGET AUDIENCE

For being an effective communicator the marketer should know there who is the target audience. The definition of the target audience can be determined by age group, gender criteria, income level, and educational criteria, and very significantly product or service related information they possess. Since in the earlier era the marketer uses to give advertisements in the newspaper, magazine, radio, or television modes of communication. With the advent of digital technology, the marketers are now a day’s very specific to the advertising tools such as Mass Media Marketing tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, e-mail marketing, etc. These mass media marketing tools can be easily adapted to define their audience easily and link it to their target audience. This target audience can be related to a specific audience for a given niche. The combination of specific niche and the audience i.e. targeted will enhance the successful launching pad for the product or service in digital marketing. Thus defining who is the target audience plays a crucial role in digital marketing.
In the class sir has rightly considered the various criteria’s in the consideration to reach a potential targeted audience. These criteria such as communicating single customers at a time, shearing authentic information with the target the audience, keeping content engaging the customer, and emails play a major a significant role in building trust in the audience.

Significance of CUSTOMER AVATAR:

The targeted customer is determined by selectively by the help of preparing the customer avatar survey. Further, the customer avatar means detailed information preparation of the targeted or ideal customer. Here one focuses on the age, gender, income and educational criteria, city, and product-related know-how.
To further my research in preparation of the customer avatar, I have prepared a detailed survey on the student response to the ONLINE teaching survey during the LOCKDOWN period. Apart from the various basic information I have asked the questions as to the effectiveness of the online teaching method, how effective the methodology of online teaching, can there be new tools be included, and how effective the staff was in engaging them.

SWATI is working women having an income range 1-2 lakhs and optimistic on the online method of teaching. she satisfied about the online classes conducted by the institute during the lockdown. she is expecting improvement on the note given by the institute through online method. she was happy with the mentor's service provided during this time.
